SGM Prime AirMax Supreme is a single-layer solution created using patented AIRBIRTH technology to suppress low-frequency noise and road drone from the floor, trunk, and wheel arches. Vibration damping and sound insulation are combined within a single sheet, allowing the area to be treated in one step rather than two.

Low-frequency drone is audible at any speed and is the most difficult type of noise to mitigate. AirMax Supreme operates with maximum efficiency in the 50–750 Hz range; in this band, it outperforms traditional two-layer solutions by 30%, offering sound insulation of up to 40 dB.

The sheet consists of two layers with differing densities and elastic properties. The bottom layer handles vibration damping and adhesion to the metal, while the top layer acts as a sound insulation barrier. This combination results in a surface mass of 9.8 kg/m² and a thickness of 6.5 mm—a weight profile suited for low-frequency control and a thickness that allows interior trim and carpeting to fit back into their original positions.

With absolute moisture resistance and temperature stability up to at least 120°C, the material is designed to withstand the conditions found in floor, trunk, and wheel arch areas, ensuring long-lasting performance. AirMax Supreme integrates two functions into a single material, thereby reducing the number of installation steps.
