SGM Violon Beta 5 mm is a sound-absorbing material based on flexible foam impregnated with bitumen emulsion. The bitumen impregnation penetrates the material’s porous structure, imparting additional damping and sound-insulating properties while increasing density and resistance to deformation. This combination makes the material effective for both absorbing mid- and high-frequency noise and sealing interior components to eliminate squeaks and unwanted sounds.

Its optimal 5 mm thickness allows for use in confined spaces where compactness and efficiency are crucial. The material effectively fills gaps between mating interior parts, preventing friction, without exerting excessive pressure on trim panels.
