• Face layer — Heavy Mass Loaded Vinyl (MLV) (polymer core) 4 mm for optimal sound blocking across a broad frequency range.
• Inner layer — a super high-density re-bonded polyurethane mixed with rubber and latex foam engineered for maximum sound absorption.
• Lower and mounting layer — a pressure-sensitive adhesive backing with siliconized release paper, which facilitates installation and creates a constrained layer damping (CLD) effect to dampen vibrations.

This material provides maximum noise suppression via resonant absorption.

Thanks to its unique structure and patented technology, SGM Prime Barrier Mix Profi 9 mm delivers durable and reliable performance even with extreme temperature swings. Note: The material is not suitable for high-humidity areas, as its sound-absorbing layer is permeable to moisture.
